Charge with Mastercard and get benefits
in the e-charge app

Renovatio e-charge and Mastercard are launching the campaign " Charge with Mastercard and get benefits in the e-charge app", aimed at promoting both electric mobility and the use of electronic payments as part of everyday life.
The campaign "Charge with Mastercard and get benefits in the e-charge app" runs from October 1, 2026, 00:00 to December 31, 2026, 23:59, with a limit of 3,750 vouchers, each worth 15 (fifteen) lei, VAT included. The campaign takes place in the e-charge mobile application.
You are eligible to join the campaign if you have a valid account in the e-charge mobile application
For every eligible transaction of at least 50 lei, made with a Mastercard or Maestro card saved in the e-charge app and/or through a direct payment with a Mastercard or Maestro card in the payment flow provided by the e-charge app, you receive a promotional benefit in the form of a 15 lei voucher, usable in the e-charge network. You can receive a maximum of 5 vouchers per month, regardless of the total number of eligible transactions made.
Vouchers are granted automatically and will be loaded into your e-charge account within the first 10 working days of the following month, for all campaign participants who meet the conditions set out in section 4 of the Campaign Regulations.
For example, within the first 10 (ten) working days of November 2026, the promotional benefits for eligible transactions made in October 2026 will be granted.

The discount voucher allows a single use, at any Renovatio e-charge owned stations and is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. For the avoidance of any doubt, vouchers are not valid at stations marked "Partner / Roaming" in the e-charge mobile application.
What does the Mastercard discount voucher mean?
The Mastercard voucher is a virtual discount voucher that offers you a discount of up to 15 lei on a charging session.
You receive the discount voucher automatically in your e-charge app account. It is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
A discount voucher is applied at the end of the charging session and can be used once, at any Renovatio e-charge owned station in the e-charge network. For the avoidance of any doubt, vouchers are not valid at stations marked “Partner”/”Roaming” in the e-charge mobile application.
The discount voucher applies to a single charging session and is considered fully used once applied. If the value of the charging session is lower than the value of the promotional benefit, the remaining difference is not carried over and cannot be used later.
How, when and how many Mastercard* discount vouchers do I receive?
You receive a discount voucher if:
- You are an e-charge app user, meaning you hold an account in the e-charge application
- You charge for at least 50 lei with Mastercard or Maestro, using either a card saved in the app or a direct card payment

How do I use the Mastercard discount voucher?
- Enter the e-charge mobile application
- Select the location, station and type of connector you want to use;
- Start charging by pressing "Start Charging".
- Pre-authorize the amount required for charging
- Select the discount voucher you want to use;
- The session initializes;
- Follow the instructions on the station display;
- To stop, go to “Current Session” in the e-charge mobile app and tap “Stop Charging”.
